Cancellation and Refund

We believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

No returns and only exchanges will be applicable on all orders purchased during the sale time.

To eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing and it must have a seal tag.

Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken on the basis of package opening footage and will be returning the same product we have received. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any loss and no action will be made if the customer fails to raise the query with in 7 days of pickup.

Additional non returnable items : Gift cards, For additional products that are not returnable it is mentioned in the product description.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the Manufacturer.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a mail to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your source payment/bank account with in 7 to 10 working days.
